Marcos Tigre, a Brazilian national, works as an intern in the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) at the New Development Bank in Shanghai. Before joining the NDB, he worked at the Secretariat for International Affairs of Brazil's Ministry of Finance. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and a master's degree in economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
