Jeehyun Yoon is an Evaluation Specialist (Legal and Administration) at the Independent Evaluation Unit of the Green Climate Fund.
Previously she had an international experience with Korean development agency(KOICA), including country programming and project management in the field (Tunisia and El Salvador), evaluation, strategic planning and humanitarian assistance.
She also has experience in corporate performance review, process assessment and project evaluation. She has a master's degree in urban planning and a bachelor's degree in law.
