Ana Erika Lareza is an M&E Specialist who holds an MA in Evaluation from Saarland University and the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau in Germany. Specializing in communicating evaluation results for evidence-based decision-making, she combines a multidisciplinary background in environmental sciences, agriculture, and disaster risk management with expertise in translating complex data into accessible visual narratives. 

A passionate advocate for youth leadership and equity, Erika serves as Chair of the EvalYouth Global Network and Finance Officer for the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA). She is also a co-founder of EvalYouth Asia and the Asia Pacific Communications Hub. Her evaluation practice deeply emphasizes community-led, culturally responsive methodologies, with a steadfast commitment to the meaningful engagement of Indigenous peoples and marginalized groups. Recognized with the 2022 EvalYouth Award, she actively promotes local ownership of findings and champions capacity-building initiatives for young and emerging evaluators worldwide.
