Cherie Quirante is an Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Department of the Asian Development Bank. As part of the Evaluation Knowledge Management Unit, she supports initiatives that strengthen evaluation knowledge and capacity development across Asia and the Pacific.
With nearly a decade of experience in the Philippine public sector, Cherie has held progressive roles in knowledge management, and monitoring and evaluation. She has led the design and implementation of knowledge management initiatives and platforms that promote institutional learning and evidence-based decision-making.
