Genta Konci is an Evaluation Specialist at the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) of the Green Climate Fund. She has more than 16 years of international experience in monitoring and evaluation across United Nations agencies, governments, donors, and private organizations. Prior to joining the IEU, she worked with the UNDP Independent Evaluation Office, where she conducted independent country programme evaluations, supported thematic evaluations, and contributed to evaluation capacity development initiatives. She previously worked at the UNEP Evaluation Office in Kenya. Genta holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master of Arts in International Development from Deakin University.
