Gonzalo has extensive expertise in audit, evaluation, along with a strong background in change management. He has a proven track record of driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His strong interpersonal skills have enabled him to lead large and diverse teams successfully. Gonzalo led the team that developed AIDA in UNDP, using AI in evaluation.
Gonzalo holds a master’s degree in business administration from Universidad Católica Boliviana, in collaboration with Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
