Karisha Anne Cruz is Policy and Project Development Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Philippines. She oversees project development, policy outreach, and partnership engagement with government agencies, foundations, nongovernmental organizations, and multilateral aid agencies. She organizes policy events and evidence workshops that strengthen partners' use of data and evidence in decision-making.
Beyond policy and project development work, she also leads the embedded evidence lab portfolio for the country office, directing lab engagements with government partners toward institutionalizing the use of data and evidence. She provides policy guidance to lab teams and guides embedded staff activities in alignment with project workplans.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Research and a master's degree in Development Economics, both from the University of the Philippines.
