Meyan Chaneco serves as Associate Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She looks after evaluation knowledge management (EKM)—supporting communications and outreach, helps maintain IED’s data and information systems, and co-leads evaluation capacity development initiatives for ADB staff and implementing/ executing agencies.
An advocate for accessible evaluation knowledge, she has managed the flagship Asian Evaluation Week since its launch, guiding its evolution from in-person gatherings, through highly attended virtual events, and back to dynamic face-to-face sessions. Her expertise spans project analysis, operations coordination, and knowledge management.
She holds a Master’s in Environmental Management (University of San Francisco/Ateneo De Manila University) and a BA in Public Administration (University of the Philippines).
