Professor Nathorn (Nui) Chaiyakunapruk is Professor of Pharmacotherapy at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy and Adjunct Professor in Population Health Sciences.He serves as Co-Director of the Southeast Asia Evidence for Policy and Partnership (SEAEPP), supporting the generation and use of evidence for policymaking across the region. He is internationally recognised for his work in health technology assessment, evidence synthesis, health economics, and global health policy. Professor Chaiyakunapruk has applied systematic reviews, network meta-analysis, real-world data analysis, and economic evaluation to inform national and global decision-making, including contributions to the World Health Organization. His research focuses on health equity, access to healthcare, and the use of evidence to strengthen health systems and policy. He has authored more than 300 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to influential global methodological guidance, including CHEERS 2022 reporting standards for health economic evaluations.
