Neeraj Kumar Negi is a Senior Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility, where he serves as Program Manager for Corporate and Climate Evaluation. His work focuses on the evaluation of climate change programs, corporate policies, development effectiveness, performance-based resource allocation, results based management, cofinancing, and project cycle efficiency. He leads the GEF Management Action Record process and has developed GEF IEO’s guidelines for evaluating programs, projects, and enabling activities.
