Sumeet Manchanda is a climate, energy and development finance specialist with more than 25 years of international experience primarily within multilateral development banks and in consulting. He currently serves as Principal Evaluation Specialist (Energy) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), leading high-level corporate and thematic evaluations, and project-level evaluation and validation work in the energy sector.
Prior to joining ADB, Sumeet led a team responsible for climate co-finance at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Previous to EBRD he served as Director, Point Carbon Advisory at Thomson Reuters. Sumeet is a qualified architect and holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
