Jeehyun Yoon is an Evaluation Specialist (Legal and Administration) at the Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) of the Green Climate Fund. She has more than 19 years of international experience with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), spanning country programming, project management, evaluation, strategic planning, and humanitarian assistance. Her field experience includes work in Tunisia and El Salvador. Jeehyun also has experience in corporate performance review, process assessment, and project evaluation. She holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and a bachelor’s degree in Law.
