Jomkwan Kongsakul

Jomkwan Kongsakul is the deputy secretary-general of the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand. In her current role, she supervises the fundraising, accounting and auditing and sustainable finance functions of the SEC.

Previously, she supervised mutual fund offerings. She was also responsible for drafting regulations relating to permissible investment and investment limit for mutual funds, sales conduct rules for capital market intermediaries, and also risk management and internal control guidelines for asset management companies.
