Kerry Albright is currently Adviser and Head of the Evaluation Knowledge Management Unit within the Independent Evaluation Department of the Asian Development Bank. In this capacity, she oversees IED’s workstreams on internal and external evaluation capacity development, evaluation methods and data science, strategic communication and evaluation partnerships. Prior to joining ADB in February 2026, she was the global Deputy Director of the Evaluation function at UNICEF and the Deputy Director a.i. of the UNICEF Office of Research-Innocenti. A specialist in evidence informed policymaking, she is a former civil servant of the government of the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (now Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) where she established the Evidence to Action Unit within the Research & Evidence Division and co-founded the Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition (GODAN) initiative. She is also the current co-chair of the Global SDG Synthesis Coalition and a Steering Committee member of the Evidence Synthesis Infrastructure Collaborative.
