
Nino Purtskhvanidze has over 15 years of professional experience in civil service. Since 2022, she has been serving as head of the Department for Infrastructure Policy and Development Partners Relations at MoI. From 2014 to 2022, Nino Purtskhvanidze worked at the MRDI as a deputy head of the Legal Department. In previous years, she worked in different public agencies.
Nino Purtskhvanidze has a master’s degree in public administration and is currently a PhD candidate in Public Law. Furthermore, she has more than 8 years of teaching experience at different universities in Georgia, mainly in the field of municipal law. She has more than 5 years of experience conducting training for civil servants in Management and Leadership and is a certified trainer and mentor.
Nino Purtskhvanidze is experienced in legal drafting, including laws, contracts, etc. and negotiations for international treaties. Her current position focuses on policymaking process; analytical work; negotiations with IFI’s and project management.
