
Eoghan Molloy is a Senior Evaluation Specialist in the Independent Evaluation Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where he leads thematic and country-level evaluations.
Prior to joining ADB, he worked as an evaluation specialist at the Independent Office of Evaluation at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and at the Office of Evaluation of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). He has also worked with the Development Centre of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), contributing to the African Economic Outlook annual report, and with the Environment and Development Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
He holds a joint Master's degree in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from University College Dublin.
