Erwien, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, holds degrees in economic management, communication studies, and international relations. Since 2005, he has been deeply involved in various development programs, working across sectors like education, health, good governance, media, and transnational crime in partnership with various donors.
With a strong emphasis on monitoring and evaluation, Erwien has devoted seventeen years to advancing this field. He currently serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Capacity Building Manager at Internews. In addition to this role, Erwien is an active board member of the Indonesia Development Evaluation Community (InDEC) and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Red Nose Foundation.
