Nassreena S. Baddiri is an Evaluation Specialist at the Independent Evaluation Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She was team leader for IED’s Evaluation of the Asian Development Fund 12 and 13 and currently, co-team leader for IED’s 2024 Evaluation of ADB’s Support for Accelerating Progress in Gender Equality.
Before joining ADB, she was Country Director of Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in the Philippines. In this role, she oversaw a wide-ranging portfolio of rigorous evaluations, including those in social protection, education and fragile and conflict affected situations.
She has a Doctorate degree in Public Administration and Governance from the University of the Philippines (UP), a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Manchester, and a Masters in International Studies from UP.
