Youn is a Policy Researcher for the Policy Team at the IEU. Prior to GCF, she worked at the World Bank as a consultant and a junior data analyst. She has experience in statistical data analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, and data visualization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of International Development Policy from Georgetown University.
