Divya Pandey is a Senior Evaluation Specialist at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), where she leads impact evaluations and evidence programs on women’s economic empowerment and digital inclusion. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia, with research expertise in development economics, gender, and factors influencing human capital formation.
At 3ie, Divya provides technical and managerial leadership for evaluations, policy-relevant evidence syntheses, and collaborations with state governments, civil society, and researchers. Her previous role as a Research Fellow at Inclusion Economics India Centre involved leading policy engagement and managing large-scale studies on women’s financial inclusion and employment.
