FANG Guobing is Professor & Senior Accountant at the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute (AFDI) and Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI). He is currently a member of the Faculty of Finance at AFDI/SNAI. He got his Ph.D. in Management from Wuhan University. He is a National Accounting Leading Talent and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was named one of the "50 Chief Accountants of the Year in China" in 2010. With 30 years of experience in strategic planning, investment & financing, and risk control & compliance, Mr. Fang has served as a senior executive at major national financial and insurance institutions for two decades. His previous roles include: General Manager of the Finance Department at Ping An Life Insurance and PICC Life Insurance (Head Office), CFO of Ping An Pension and Lufax (Ping An), CFO and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at China Continent Insurance.
