
Mr. Mitch Rakusin is a Senior Results Management Specialist in ADB’s Strategic Policy and Partnerships Department, Results Management and Aid Effectiveness Division. In this role, he is responsible for leading SPRA’s program for training and capacity building on managing for development results broadly, with a focus on enhancing the quality of project Design and Monitoring Frameworks (DMFs).
Under his leadership, SPRA is developing programs targeting both ADB staff and developing member country (DMC) counterparts through hands-on collaborative and applied case study workshops. His background spans more than 15 years’ experience leading large scale technical assistance projects, performance evaluations, impact assessments and research initiatives. He brings specific domain expertise in education policy and systems with a focus on enhancing data for decision-making, designing management information systems, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation of ministry counterparts.
