For our welcome cocktails (Monday, 1 September, 5:00 p.m., LAB Bar), be sure to incorporate an element or even dress up in your national costume. This personal touch transforms our opening reception into a vibrant celebration of our global diversity.
3. Prepare to Share at the World Café
Come ready to contribute your unique insights and perspectives during our World Café sessions (Wednesday, 3 September, 10:45 a.m.). Your expertise and experiences are what make these collaborative discussions truly valuable for everyone.
4. Reserve Your Project Site Visit Spot
See how development projects evolve from concept to impact on Wednesday, 3 September at 12:15 p.m.! Step inside the Shaanxi Qinling Biodiversity Conservation and Demonstration Project and witness innovation in action. Confirm your participation and head to the Registration area to lock-in your spot.
5. Join the Terracotta Warriors Cultural Journey
Experience one of the world's most remarkable archaeological wonders. Join us on Thursday, 4 September for the Terracotta Warriors expedition. To reserve your spot, please send a copy of your passport page to the AEW secretariat for tour registration. Payment of the tour fee ($70) can be done until Tuesday, 2 September at the Registration Area.
