Erdenechimeg (Chimgee) Ulziisuren is Founder of the Mongolian Evaluation Association (MEA) as well as CEO and Founder of Cognos International LLC – an evaluation and research firm specialized in the fields of of socio-economy, market, agriculture, environment and health in Mongolia.
Ms. Erdenechimeg has 15 years of professional experience working as a researcher and evaluator for many of the UN agencies, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and the European Union, among others, as well as government agencies including the National Statistics Office, and the private sector.
She holds a MSc in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom and MA in Population and Reproductive Health Research from Mahidol University in Thailand.
Ms. Erdenechimeg is a member of the Professionalization of Evaluation Task Force of International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), and a member of the Professionalization of Evaluation and VNR/SDG Themes of Asia Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA).
