
Kehu Yang is Director of the Center for Evidence-based Social Science at Lanzhou University and a leading expert in evidence synthesis, specializing in systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and mapping reviews to boost evidence production and utilization across sectors. He also serves as Co-Chair of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Guideline Implementation and Knowledge Translation, advancing global evidence synthesis practices.
He brings regional perspectives and collaborates widely with governments and organizations, including UNICEF, UNDP, WHO, the Global Commission on Evidence, Cochrane, Campbell, and 3IE, applying evidence-based approaches beyond the health sector.
Leading a team of academics, postdocs, and students, he mentors future researchers and offers methodological training on comprehensive reviews and clinical guideline development, underscoring his commitment to capacity building.
