Liu Wenjun, PhD in Economics, is the Deputy Director General of the Budget Appraisal and Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Finance, China. He is also an expert in the budget management talent pool of the Ministry of Finance, China, consulting expert on vocational education of the Ministry of Education, and the evaluation expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
He has rich experience in evaluation practice, and has been engaged in the evaluation of science and technology projects, the budget review and performance evaluation of central departments for a long time. He presided over the completion of the World Bank TCC6 subproject and published more than 20 papers.
