Oswald Agbadome is a Senior Evaluation Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank's Independent Evaluation Department in Jeddah. He specializes in program evaluation, public policy analysis, strategy formulation, and development effectiveness reviews, with experience across multilateral development banks, government agencies, and international collaborations. His work spans governance, infrastructure, development finance, energy, climate, and organizational performance across Africa. 

From 2015 to 2025, he served as Principal Evaluation Officer at the African Development Bank’s Independent Evaluation Department. His leadership was instrumental in evaluations of institutional strategies, partnerships, resource mobilization, and the Bank’s Ten-Year Strategy. 

Earlier, at Benin’s Office of the Prime Minister, as Director of Evaluation, Oswald helped draft the country’s first National Evaluation Policy, adopted in 2012. He holds degrees in International Development and International Banking and Finance.
