Mr. Zolboo Baatarchuluun is the Director of the Evaluation and Monitoring Department at the Authority for Government Supervision of Mongolia. He leads efforts to strengthen Mongolia’s government monitoring and evaluation system, introduce international M&E methodologies and standards, and enhance the capacity and productivity of public sector officials.
He is also promoting the use of artificial intelligence and digital solutions in monitoring and evaluation to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and strengthen evidence-based analysis and decision-making.
Previously, he worked at the Secretariat of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, contributing to legislative and policy development. He also served as Head of the E-Governance Division at the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications, where he worked on e-governance policy implementation, digital transformation of public services, and the application of technology and innovation in government.
