Torch Passing Ceremony
The Evaluation Torch represents the presence of the global evaluation community. At this event, the current holder of the torch, Lanzhou University - co-host of the Third Summer Evaluation Bootcamp - will hand the torch to representatives of ADB, the hosts of AEW.

This event launches two timely books on how the evidence ecosystem works and why it matters for better decision-making.
- Improving Lives: Evidence to Policy. Xiuxia Li, Lanzhou University, will present highlights from the book.
- My Big Book of Blogs: Reflections from the Frontline of the Evidence Revolution. Howard White will present key insights from the blogs.
