
Eroni is an Indigenous Pacific Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practitioner dedicated to advancing sustainable development by amplifying local capabilities to drive positive change through culturally grounded, context-specific, and transformative practices.
Eroni is committed to growing Communities of Practice and networks across the region, supporting and learning alongside local practitioners. He has served as Chair of the Pacific Community’s PacMEL Project Steering Committee and as a member of the MEL Industry Advisory Committee that co-developed the Pacific Diploma in MEL.
Currently Co-lead of EvalYouth Pacific Chapter and Co-founder and Chair of the Fiji MEL Community of Practice, Eroni works as a MEL Officer with the Pacific Women Lead programme, the region’s largest gender equality investment.
