Kseniya Temnenko has more than 20 years of experience in evaluation and learning. As Evaluation Officer at the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), she works on thematic and institutional evaluations.
She previously worked at the Evaluation Office of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in the areas of evaluation systems strengthening and knowledge management. She is interested in innovative and pragmatic approaches to evaluation of strategic, institutional, and thematic issues.
