Peixian Xu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of China who graduated from Southwest University of Finance and Economics with a major in Finance. Since 2003, she has been working as Investigator for the International Department of the Gansu Provincial Department of Finance, China and its External Loan Office, handling financial management, training, and withdrawal/reimbursement review for international financial organization and foreign government loan/grant projects.
Proficient in relevant policies, procedures (withdrawal, payment, procurement) and accounting for such projects, plus loan principal/interest/fee repayment to the Ministry of Finance and allocation to cities/counties, she has rich experience in project supervision and won recognition from the World Bank, ADB, executing agencies and financial experts.
