Sabine Palmreuther works at DEval as part of the Evaluation Capacity Development (ECD) project. She brings extensive experience in international development cooperation, with a focus on strengthening governance and evaluation capacities in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Europe, and Asia.
At the World Bank, she led cross-sectoral programs on local governance, decentralization, institutional strengthening, and MEL. Her expertise includes strengthening evaluation capacities to further localization of the SDGs through evidence-based policy design and implementation.
Sabine has also worked on participatory governance, integrity mechanisms, and facilitated multi-stakeholder processes to foster South-South-North learning and knowledge exchange in the context of international cooperation.
