Saleha leads the Independent Evaluation Department's communication and outreach activities. She supports the implementation of IED’s Evaluation Knowledge Management Strategic Plan through collaborations within and outside ADB to promote synergies for knowledge sharing, thereby promoting a culture of evaluation in the region.
Prior to joining ADB, Saleha was a television news anchor and worked with New Delhi TV and Doordarshan News, a government-run public service broadcaster. She is also a founding member of an education NGO based in India.
