Stuti Sachdeva

Stuti Sachdeva is an Evaluation Officer at the World Bank’s Independent Evaluation Group (IEG), working across human capital, country programs, and corporate evaluations. She recently led a thematic evaluation on adaptive social protection, highlighting the need to strengthen systems for effective shock response, and the Indonesia Country Program Evaluation, assessing World Bank support in public financial management, inclusive human capital, financial sector deepening, and resilient urbanization. Her work on how the World Bank learns has shaped strategic dialogue on its role as a Knowledge Bank. 

Previously, Stuti worked with Professor Jonathan Gruber at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and with a policy consortium led by Professor Anup Malani at the University of Chicago Law School, supporting Asian governments in designing adaptive COVID-19 responses. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a degree in Economics from Delhi University.
