Mr. Vikas Sheel is Executive Director representing Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Lao PDR, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan on the ADB’s Board of Directors. He is also the Chair of the Development Effectiveness Committee of the ADB. He is from the Indian Administrative Service and has more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience in Public Policy and Development Finance, especially in social sectors such as health, education, agriculture and food security.
