Yu Ran is the director of Performance Evaluation Division 1, Bureau of Supervision and Evaluation, Ministry of Finance of China. She obtained the Master of Management in Accounting in Beijing Technology and Business University. She used to work in budgeting and financial management in Peking University People's Hospital.
Since 2009, she has successively served as deputy director and director of Inspection division 2, Internal Control and Internal Audit division 1, Performance Evaluation division 1 in Bureau of Supervision and Evaluation, Ministry of Finance of China.
