Zhao Fuchang, PhD in Economics, is the director and professor of the Research Center for Finance and State Governance, Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences. He is also a council member of the Society of Public Finance of China (SPFC) and the deputy secretary-general of the Investment and Financing Committee of SPFC.
He has worked in social security, taxation and finance departments, and has conducted research on fiscal policy, budget, system management and social security practice for a long time. He has more than 100 papers published in well-known newspapers such as Economic Research, Financial Research, and Fiscal Research.
