Dr. Lee, Sukwon is a professor at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University. His expertise lies on policy analysis, policy evaluation and social experimentation, with expertise in international development field. He received a Ph. D. in Public Policy and M.P. from New York University, M.P.A. and B. A. in Economics from Seoul National University.
His current research focuses on systematic evaluation, integrated development approach evaluation, smart city initiatives, evaluation of welfare policies and international development projects. He can be reached at swl4305@snu.ac.kr.
