YE Xiaojie is currently Chair of the Faculty of Finance at the Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute (AFDI) and Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI). He earned his Doctorate in Finance from Xiamen University and was a visiting scholar at Arizona State University in the United States. He has been selected for the Accounting Leading Talents (Academic Track) program of the Ministry of Finance of China, as a member of the First‑batch Accounting Talent Pool and the International Economic and Financial Talent Pool of the Ministry of Finance of China. He serves as a director and member of the Expert Committee of the China Financial Accounting Society, and an independent director of multiple listed companies. His main research areas cover corporate finance and capital markets. He has presided over numerous research projects including programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, co‑construction projects of the Ministry of Finance and provincial‑level authorities, and Shanghai Social Science Planning projects. He has published multiple papers in SSCI‑indexed journals such as Finance Research Letters and Economic Analysis and Policy.
